Scheele Laboratories Phils., Inc. (SLPI) is committed to investing in its own Research & Development (R & D) department as part of its mission to find breakthroughs that improve as well to innovate current drug product lines the company carried and produced for the past 30 years (founded 1993). The R & D department likewise represents the activities the company undertakes to innovate and introduced new products, formulations and services, or to improve their existing offering. The R & D allows SLPI to stay ahead of its competition by catering to new wants or needs afforded by the current market.
SLPI’s R & D maintains a strong relationship between its department and the Production Department, via developing new products or improvements of existing drug products, as well as developing new ways to improving production protocols and established methods. Because of such close connections, SLPI’s highlighted production process’ performance has always been positively affected by the exemplary performance of SLPI’s R & D function.
